HacknSlash is a retro dungeon game. It is made to be a reminder of where todays adventure games came from. There is no story line and there is no princess to save. Adventure into the dungeon, and get equipment and treasure.
There are 20 different monster types and 20 levels of dungeon to explore. This is different than other role playing games, you get a single chance for every character created. Once you die, your character is dead. There is no going back to get your stuff.
Can you get all of the achievements? Can you kill the orcs or the dragons? Will you ever find a better sword? You have to play to find out. Many of us grew up playing games like this. Now we can play it again and so can the kids of today.
